This includes, but is not limited to: your mobile phone number, WhatsApp profile identifier, text messages sent to our bot, voice note audio recordings, usage timestamps, and derived conversational metrics (e.g., vocabulary proficiency, grammar error rates).

2. Data Usage and Processing

The core functionality of our Service requires parsing your text and audio inputs through artificial intelligence models (including third-party LLMs and speech-to-text engines). By using the Service, you explicitly consent to the transmission of your conversational data to these processors. We use this data solely to: (a) provide immediate conversational feedback, (b) dynamically adjust the AI's difficulty, (c) track your learning progress, and (d) troubleshoot technical issues.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers. However, your data is shared with essential sub-processors required to operate the service (such as cloud hosting providers and AI API vendors like OpenAI or Anthropic). These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own independent model training without anonymization.

You may request the complete erasure of your conversation history and account profile at any time by contacting us at support@englizz.com. Upon verified request, we will expunge your personal records within 30 days, acknowledging that anonymized, aggregated statistical data may be retained for analytical purposes.
