Due to the immediate access to proprietary educational algorithms, AI-generated content, and direct API costs incurred the moment you begin using the service, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
1. General Rule
Englizz with MSME Number - UDYAM-WB-23-0076172 operates under a strict No Refund policy. By subscribing to Englizz or purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that your payment grants you immediate access to digital content and AI processing resources. Consequently, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits for any reason once a transaction has been processed.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation requests take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until your cycle concludes. We do not provide refunds for any unused time or credits remaining in your account upon cancellation.
3. Service Interruptions and "Bugs"
Englizz relies on third-party APIs and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp). Interruptions, latency, or temporary downtime on these platforms do not qualify as grounds for a refund. Minor bugs, conversational anomalies produced by the AI, or subjective dissatisfaction with the tutoring methodology are inherently part of interacting with experimental AI technology and are not eligible for refunds.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
We treat unauthorized chargebacks and payment disputes seriously. Initiating a chargeback or dispute under false pretenses (e.g., claiming a transaction was unauthorized when you utilized the service) will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your phone number and payment method from Englizz and our partner networks.
