By accessing or using Englizz ("the Service"), operated by Englizz with MSME Number - UDYAM-WB-23-0076172 ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Description of Service & Disclaimers

Englizz provides an AI-powered conversational English tutoring interface delivered via third-party messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp). The AI representations ("Monika") are algorithms and do not represent human instruction. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, exam scores, or fluency levels. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied.

3. User Conduct and Account Termination

You agree to use the Service strictly for educational language practice. You shall not submit, prompt, or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, sexually explicit, or violative of any third-party rights. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund or notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these terms.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our service relies on the infrastructure of third parties (such as Meta/WhatsApp and underlying LLM providers). Your use of Englizz is also subject to the Terms of Service of these platforms. We are not responsible for service outages, data breaches, or changes in policy initiated by these third parties that may affect your use of Englizz.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality provided by the Service are owned by Englizz with MSME Number - UDYAM-WB-23-0076172 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You retain ownership of your voice and text inputs, but grant us a license to process them as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Englizz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
